Abstract

This project introduces a home service booking platform with a mobile app for users and a web-based system for merchants. The user-side app provides an intuitive experience for browsing, booking, and managing services like cleaning and appliance repair, with transparent pricing and streamlined workflows. The merchant-side platform offers tools for managing service listings, tracking orders, and customer communication through an efficient dashboard. By connecting users and service providers, the platform enhances convenience, reliability, and operational efficiency in the home service industry.

User-side Features (Mobile Platform)

This home service booking platform provides users with a highly intuitive and seamless mobile experience for scheduling household services. The interface offers a clean and straightforward layout, featuring distinct service categories such as daily cleaning, appliance repair, and installation. Users can browse through various service options and view detailed descriptions, pricing, and scope of each service. They can easily select the service duration, provide contact details, and specify preferred dates and times for appointments.

The platform is designed to ensure a smooth booking process, with a step-by-step form guiding users through essential fields such as phone numbers and names. Users are also presented with clear payment summaries before finalizing their orders.
